The fully equipped kitchen has an electric tea kettle, sink, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, oven and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. Both bedrooms are street facing and furnished with double size beds and superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one bathroom accessible via the hallway with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. The Neighborhood: About the Paris 15th Arrondissement Location: Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Champ de Mars, perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll looking up at the iconic Eiffel Tower. Les Invalides is also nearby, hosting one of the best history museums in the city, as well as the Rodin Museum. The River Seine is also within walking distance and you can go to the Champs Elysees or Palais du Tokyo easily on foot. The Latin Quarter is a short metro ride away with sights such as La Sorbonne and the newly refurbished Pantheon. Le Marais district is also easily accessible for shopping and dining on Sunday while the rest of the city is at rest. The nearest metro station, Dupleix (Line 6), is a short walk from the apartment, and makes it easy to access other areas of the capital. Just hop on the Metro to reach St Germain, the Latin Quarter, the Marais, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The RER C is also hugely helpful at getting you to Saint Michel or Gare du Nord in a flash! Tons of restaraunts (amazing bakery right below). 2 major public transport (one subway, one L). Interstingly, the "L" uses rubber tires on the trains so you cant even hear them right outside your window.Other reviews said the bakery below is noisy, but we didnt find that to be true. If you need silence to sleep, the middle of a city of 12 million people might not be for you. It is pretty quiet for a busy neighborhood, but you are right near one of the premiere tourist attractions in the world, expect some activity.Id rent this place again in a second. ##### JEFF D. This property is located close to everything - Eiffel Tower, Metro, incredible restaurants, the Seine, etc. It's also charming although - very sparsely stocked. Very few glasses, plates or utensils for cooking, no extra toilet paper, no extra blankets etc. When we arrived, it was freezing in the apt and we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat on. I contacted the management company, and they said there was a manual in the cabinet under the heater - which there wasn't - and told me to read the instructions. We found a small space heater in a closet and used that for heat - but it was still really cold at night. The apartment is large and quiet for the most part. However, there is a big thing you need to know. The apartment is directly above a bakery, and at 5:00 AM every morning except Sunday a very large loud machine begins to run and woke us up. That wasn't mentioned anywhere in the listing. I think this might be why it's such a good value. All that written, the location really made it a great trip. ##### Renee K. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel the world and That apartment was a disaster from the start. The sheets were dirty, we weren’t given enough towels, and When I asked for extra they wanted to charge me money and the entire place felt unclean. On top of that, the water heater didn’t work, and the heating in the apartment was completely broken To make things worse, there was unbearable noise coming from the bakery downstairs, waking us up at 5 AM every single morning. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and useless. about my security deposit and a random charge. They ignored me every single time. No explanation, no response, NOTHING. They take your money and disappear. This place is a nightmare. I highly recommend that NO ONE books this apartment. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else.
