Profitez également du WiFi, d’une télévision par câble, d’un sèche-cheveux et d’un fer à repasser pour un séjour confortable.

Nous sommes heureux de vous accueillir dans cet élégant appartement de 70 m², situé dans le 17ᵉ arrondissement de Paris. Idéal pour 4 personnes, il se trouve en rez-de-chaussée côté rue, à proximité de nombreux restaurants, bars et à seulement 100 mètres d’une station de métro.  
  
L’espace comprend une chambre avec lit double (140x200) et un salon équipé d’un canapé-lit confortable. La cuisine moderne dispose de tout le nécessaire : réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire et machine à café Dolce Gusto.  
  
Le véritable atout de l’appartement se trouve au sous-sol, avec une salle de bain dédiée à la détente : sauna, baignoire spa, douche à l’italienne et toilettes. Draps, serviettes et savon sont fournis pour un séjour sans souci.  
  
Côté équipements, profitez d’une Smart TV avec accès aux services de streaming (Netflix, Amazon Prime), du WiFi haut débit, ainsi que d’un sèche-cheveux, d’un fer et d’une table à repasser. De nombreux rangements sont à disposition pour organiser vos affaires.

Appartement en rez-de-chaussée. Rue en travaux et bruyante très tôt le matin. Propreté du canapé et du fauteuil à revoir, grosses tâches présentes. Poils présents dans les escaliers, ménage fait partiellement. Télé non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain. Lumière dans le sauna non fonctionnelle.
