La posizione è buona. Buona anche la pulizia. Le camere non erano come ce lo aspettavamo: avevamo prenotato una tripla da 24 mq e ci hanno dato una stanzetta da 15 mq al massimo...dopo 2 giorni, a causa di una rottura al lavandino del bagno, per fortuna, ci hanno cambiato camera...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Sofia... the service was good. The room good for our 3 days stay... nice bedding... too little pillows though... WC clean... when we return at night the room is clean. Alpha the hotel manager was the best... always cordial and friendly... Ebrahiem as well... however his English was sometimes a problem. Overall a good stay...

cigaretový kouř z atria hotelu, v pokoji pro 3 osob by se hodila skříň. Lokalita s výborným spojením všude kde je třeba a u metra postávající "obchodníci" příliš neobtěžovali, stačilo jen klidně projít okolo, byli v podstatě neškodní, necítili jsme se nijak ohrožováni

Horrible nuit passée: 1ère et dernière fois

Malheureusement la pire nuit passée dans un hôtel. Points négatifs: Hôtel très mal insonorisé, du coup on entend tous les bruits de l'extérieur et aussi tout mouvement à l'intérieur (chasse d'eau,personnes dans les escaliers etc..). Mon séjour a été gâché par d'autres clients qui se sont disputés dans la nuit. Cela a dégénéré en bagarres avec utilisation d'arme blanche et intervention de la Police. Malgré l'intervention du réceptionniste, le tapage a duré longtemps, empêchant les gens de dormir toute la nuit. Pour courroner le tout, le deuxième réceptionniste du matin prenant la relève s'est montré d'une impolitesse et d'un manque de professionnalisme terrible, sans coeur ni même un semblant d'empathie pour les faits produits dans la nuit, alors même que son collègue s'était fait agressé.. Bref, Dommage, l'hôtel était correcte mais veillez à ce que tout votre personnel soit plus empathiques et serviables. Points forts malgré tout: hôtel près de la station de métro; chambre double de taille correcte, assez propre. Merci au réceptionniste de nuit qui a été gentil.

Bruyant impossible de dormir avant 2 heures du matin alors que nous avions pris un hôtel avec nos 4 enfants car nous prenions le train pour Londres tôt le lendemain matin . Au final Hotel bruyants et clients irrespectueux

Il avais des frais en plus en arrivant 50€ pour un place de parking pour 2j que quand j’ai réservé il avais pas écrit en plus leau chaude il en avais pas beaucoup ! 4 etg sans ascenseur et falais toujours leur donne La clés a chaque fois qu’on sortait !!! Rue très étroite trop bouchon trop bruit ! La télé qui beuger toujours insupportable ! Je le recommande pas et je préfère l’hôtel 1ère class !
