I like the property location because it's easy access to shopping area and tourist spot destination. They don't have elevator we stayed on the 4th floor the shower enclosure was too small especially if you are a heavy set. But overall it was a nice location.

This property doesn't have many units which is nice. They are in 2 buildings directly across the small side street from each other. The buildings are quite old but the rooms are updated with kitchenettes and new bathrooms. The old wooden floors have not been replaced and they sink in spots and do cause noise. The bathroom is very small which would be fine if the square vessel sink could hold items, which it cannot. Fortunately there is an above sink cabinet to put toiletries. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could use updating. The hotel is kept very clean. The old spiral staircase is narrow and difficult to negotiate especially with heavy luggage but the staff is accommodating to help. Ask for a room on a low floor if possible. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We did not eat breakfast so cannot comment on it. The area was quiet and close enough to several sites that we walked to.

The room did have air conditioning (I wasn’t sure). The loft bed was warm though, but there was a fan up there. The four flights of stairs were killer for me, but I knew we’d have to do that when I booked it and don’t regret because the location and room size, cleanliness and lovely staff made it worth it. Good practice for stairs during tours! I disliked the smell of the hand soap, but we discovered a cabinet behind the mirror in the bathroom and another soap there which was better on our last day. Location is amazing. Coin laundry not far from hotel (we preferred to wash our own rather than using laundry services). Highly recommend! (As long as you are on with stairs).

The staff were very accommodating. Special mention for Anna. Helped us check in, with our luggage to our 3rd floor room and arranged a taxi for us. The room was clean and offered many amenities. Very close to the Louvre, Notre Dame and metro station. Would stay here again.

Very nice property. We stayed in 4th floor walk up apartment which had plenty space for our family to relax and rest overnight. The location is only short walking distance to Louvre and easy access to public transportation to explore the city.

Great location and excellent service! Our family of four shared a loft style room and it worked very well for us. It’s a small space (as are most hotels in Paris) but very efficient. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed walking to everything we needed- bars, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping.
