This newly renovated 30m² 1-bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of a quiet building with elevator access. Updated in 2025, it’s a bright and comfortable space designed for long stays.  
  
With a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, it can host up to four guests. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or professionals, it’s fully equipped for everyday living!  
  
The Space:

\- Fully equipped ( Washing machine, Nespresso machine, oven, stove...)  
\- 4th floor with elevator  
\- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.
