You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Our house is really Unique in Paris. It's hidden behind a building. Nobody knows the house is just there. If you're looking for an authentique experience you won't be disapointed.  
  
We have all our decorations and belongings there so you'll really feel as if you're home.  
  
It has it's own private small garden that you can see in the pictures ( full of flowers in the good period of the year). That changes your parisian experience as you can relax without hearing cars and smelling pollution.  
  
it's fully furnished as we live in this house about 8 months of the year > We rent it when we are away on holidays and so.  
  
It's good for up to 8 people at the same time.  
  
\## Access  
  
You have access to the entire house and Garden. When we are in our appartement in front of the house we share the garden with you. The appartement has a veranda that communicate with the garden of the house.  
  
\## Interaction  
  
You can self check in/out 24/7 with our Keybox system  
  
\## Neighborhood  
  
The neighboorood is family friendly. It has nice restaurants and shops. It's not a party area. How ever you have nice bars and café to go to for a drink.  
  
\## Transit  
  
The house is close to the subway:  
  
5 minutes from Javel on line 10  
5 minutes from Boucicaut on line 8  
  
Bus 62 is 1 minutes from the house.  
  
Velib and Autolib are 1 minutes from the house as well.  
  
There is an office for scooter rental in our building so if you fancy a ride it's easy

#### Paris Family Trip

The house was lovely; plenty of room for all 7 of us. Everyone has their own space. Outdoor patio was lovely to sit in for breakfast. Location was great; a short 7 minute walk to the Metro. Loved the farmers market several days a week and was 2 blocks away. Cafes nearby as well. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

#### Quiet and peaceful stay

We like staying at this place. It was quiet and peaceful, we didn’t a hear a thing on New Year Eve. It felt secured with good privacy. It has good location to many restaurants, market and metro stations, all within walking distances. Fabrice was very helpful when we have issues with the hot water, he responded very quickly resolving the problem. If you have elderly or young children in your group be mindful some of the stairs are quite steep. The house is unique and fun with lots of different levels.
