We loved our stay in this apartment. It was small but cozy and we had everything we needed for a lovely vacation. We loved that the subway was so close and the location was walkable to canal st martin restaurants and shops as well as Belleville. On our last night we had dinner at the restaurant across the street Les Acolytes - and really enjoyed it. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful little apartment with everything you need

The apartment is in a fun neighborhood with street cafes and lots of restaurants. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need, including a microwave and a toaster oven. Access was easy and the host let us check in early.

Mixed! the owner it on the heating in advance the apartment was as described - the owner FAILED to tell us the building was a building site with sacks of rubble dust torn floor covering, no light in the entrance - mice and a strong smell of sewage in the apartment - problems with the TV etc which the owner failed to reply to messages Book again? Perfect Paris Apartment

Houcine and Edith's cozy apartment was perfect for our holiday. Excellent restaurants, easy access to the metro, and a lovingly decorated one bedroom made our stay practically perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was roomy, and the kitchen and living room were the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day!

Great location

Great location with good restaurants around, easy to get to via metro from various parts of Paris. Black out shades did great when sleeping in and to keep the apartment slightly cooler on hot days. Comfortable apartment for 2 to sleep at if you will be out and enjoying the city but did get stuffy through out the day. Loved the apt windows (very French) and the bookshelf in the wall when entering the bedroom.

The suite itself was great, comfortable, a good size for two people for a short stay. Had everything we needed. It was a little noisy outside with bars/cafes open late but this is expected for a city.

Fantastic spot

The apartment was beautiful and light inside. Clean and tidy. All the things from home. Owner were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond. This sweet flat was the home away from we were looking for in Paris. Comfy & great location. The cafe across the street was fabulous. The bar Nextdoor to the cafe can get a bit crowded & loud on the weekends. Love how clean and how well the kitchen was stocked if we had spent more time in the flat we would have cooked meals other than coffee in the mornings. Thanks again.

Excellent Accommodations!!!

Last year we stayed closer to the Arc de Triomphe to be closer to the more touristy area. This year we stayed at this property to let us see more of the city without the tourism. This was the best decision we made. The rental was absolutely perfect for two people. There was a nice living room and kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom. They have everything you need if you wanted to prepare your own meal or make some espresso! The property was clean. The communication was great. The location is incredible with an amazing cafe across the street, Les Acolytes. There are so many amazing restaurants nearby with great prices. I highly recommend!!!

Cute apartment in the 10e

I enjoyed staying at this apartment! It is the perfect size for one person (or two). The kitchen was well appointed and there’s a washing machine that I used once! The only issue was noise from the bistro across the corner. It stays open until 02:00 and it was always busy and loud. Some nights patrons lingered around outside until 03:30. It was hot in Paris when I was there and I had to have the bedroom window open with the shutters closed to get air. Even the sound of the fan didn’t cover the noise.

The apartment was as advertised. The location of the apartment in relation to the public transportation and accessibility to everyday needs were great. However, the cable and access to the internet was not good. Mr. Houcine responded timely to my emails regarding the WIFI and cable but we could not get either to work. We were were able to get a couple of channels at the end of our trip. It was a struggle to unlock the apartment everyday. The building was "run down" which was unexpected. The apartment was well decorated and clean.

The condo is very nice. Lots of room, good location Close to metro lines Big concern is the door! The igloohome was tricky to open. The door was very very very hard to open. We did communicate with owner. His daughter came to help. It took 2 of us to open the door everytime. One of us pulled out on the door the other used the key to open. We enjoyed Paris but the door was a concern

Excellent location for roaming Paris

The place is very nice and has everything you need for either a short or extended stay. Some days we brought back ingredients from markets only a few steps away, and made our own meals with additions of things leftover by previous tenets and the kitchen had ample tools to make food at home, including a microwave, stove, oven, toaster, and several pots, pans, colanders, mixing bowls, dishes, silverware, and cutlery. So, you don't have to rely on eating out if you want to save a little money. The location is bustling during the day with cafés, restaurants, and markets featuring cuisine and items from all over the world. It's not a fancy place, but that's a reason my friend and I liked it. And because it's also a really good place to take the metro from to many places in the city. I was in the middle of my list of places to go with excellent transportation in all directions. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this place to others. Cheers! Todd

Overall, an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed apartment situated in an increasingly 'gentrified' location. It is close to a metro station in an area with a good selection of supermarkets, cafes, boulangeries and patisseries. The facilities were clean and comfortable and warm. As there was no air-conditioning it occurred to us that in during any hot summer weather, opening the double glazed windows would struggle to provide adequate ventilation and negate sound proofing of the street cafes at night. The online listing quoted a hot tub which was not available. We used Netflix one evening but could not obtain the transmission subsequently. The grocery cupboards were full of food, presumably the host's, so we had to leave our food on the limited work surfaces, not ideal as we were visited on two known occasions by a mouse, an experience also reported by a previous visitor. So some issues but overall an enjoyable stay.
