Watching the Eiffel Tower light show every night was one of our favorite things. There were only a few things we disliked. The hallway from the elevator going to the apartment and the actual whole front entrance inside the apartment and sometimes the living room smelled like really strong cigarette smoke, which was definitely coming from the neighbor's apartment. This apartment was a perfect spot for our Paris trip. With two teenagers, the second bathroom was a big bonus. With the warm days we enjoyed, AC was welcomed. Beds are VERY comfortable. The view was great, especially on Bastille Day (we comfortably enjoyed the fireworks show off the Eiffel Tower). I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a well equipped unit in a great neighborhood that offers you easy access to all the different areas of Paris. We rang the bell, the care taker immediately opened her window and confirmed who I was, handed me the keys and we were in. The apartment is a good size, nicely furnished, and well maintained. The owner was responsive and proactive. One of the adjacent apartments had children whose playing/footsteps we could hear a little bit, but it was during the day and not disruptive. Only minor note is that there are 1.5 bathrooms, one has only a toilet and sink, we would have preferred 2 full baths. Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend. ##### Michael B. Opposite the building entrance is a great Pizza place and a restaurant and tight next door is a well stocked Market with very affordable, delicious French wine. There are 2 elevators, so no struggling your luggage up the stairs and the building is quiet and very safe. The apartment is basically beautiful. Everything worked and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. There was a comment book at the entrance and all of the messages were very positive and had some good tips on where to go. I'm 6 foot 6 and still fit in the shower without an issue and the beds were very comfortable. As you are up on the 8th floor the apartment is quiet but more importantly the view is great. We will never forget sitting out on the balcony (very comfortable furniture) sipping on wine from the market and watching the Eiffel Tower glitter with lights. This apartment made our Paris trip one of the best we've had. If you scroll past this you've made a mistake. ##### David M. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. Check in was seamless and we had everything we needed during our stay. It's a block from the nearest Metro.
