Checked in without a hitch so compliments to the front desk. Got to room which was clean and satisfactory for a one night stay. Went down to bar where there were only about a dozen people but it still took ten minutes to get anyones attention to order a drink. Definitely seemed like there was lack of experience. Internet was extremely slow and poor quality tv that only worked half the time. I called for room service at 10:10pm and the kitchen was already closed.
