Functional and Convenient Hotel

Pros: Good atmosphere
Cons: No English TV News. Not sure why. Plenty of French and German
Location: Convenient to CDG
The rooms, food and beverage facilities were fine. Check in/out is at the bar, a little understaffed - other pressing duties!. Only negative is they have no taxis at a rank. They have to be called which causes a little delay. Overall a good atmosphere with good sports viewing facilities

Cons: Staff people skills
Location: Close by to airport and shopping
Staff lacked people skills and were just down rude at times. We were not ab Vle to get a good nights sleep as we could hear the loud bass/music from downstairs. Staff did not make us feel welcome. I would not recommend it friends and relatives.

Nice place with hip design close to CDG

Pros: Room design and furnishings, and the bar/restaurant downstairs.
Cons: Hopefully they will have fixed the odor problem in that first room, I think it was room 131, but I'm not sure.
Location: CLose to airport, great buzz in the lobby, bar and restaurant.
Here is the reason I marked down my rating of this hotel. When I checked into the room all was well. The design and furnishings are hip and modern. There is a great buzz in the lobby bar and restaurant. But about 3 hours after my arrival I started to notice a nasty smell of mildew or mold or sewer gas. It was about time to bed down for my early flight the next day and so I thought I would just suck it up. Finally I couldn't stand it anymore and went down to the desk. They were very apologetic and gave me a different room which turned out to be just fine. So my experience could have been a one time occurrence. I would recommend this property to others.

Cons: At least to put the sign of the reception at the entrance.

Hotel reception is the register of the bar. It took 10 minuets to find out the hotel reception.

Satisfactory stay slow internet

Checked in without a hitch so compliments to the front desk. Got to room which was clean and satisfactory for a one night stay. Went down to bar where there were only about a dozen people but it still took ten minutes to get anyones attention to order a drink. Definitely seemed like there was lack of experience. Internet was extremely slow and poor quality tv that only worked half the time. I called for room service at 10:10pm and the kitchen was already closed.

Ive stayed in a few of the airport hotels, but this one is definitely top of the list. Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms and the food was lovely too. Pink or gold line shuttle will get you to this hotel from the airport (gold line stops right outside,pink-across the road) Only minor issue was the fact the tv kept messing up.

Le Check in au bar hyper bruyant n'est pas idéal, pas de drap housse sur mon matelas et un staff qui m'a ignoré au petit déjeuner où le buffet était ravagé à 9h25... Deco sympa pourtant.

Good and convenient transfer to CDG airport

Arrive early at morning but staff are quite friendly and help us check-in, golden shuttle bus to CDG any terminal is very convenient.
