I tried to confirm a transfer from the airport to the hotel, first with an email and then with 2 phone calls, but never got a response. (I started trying 3 days before arrival.) If you choose this hotel, know that you can get there via taking the airport shuttle to the train station stop and then find the Black Line bus. A driver helped us figure it out, NOT the hotel. The room has a nice style about it, but is definitely style over function. Two people booked for the room, but only one towel. Tried to figure out how to call the front desk, but there were no instructions in the room how to use the phone. We tried all the normal “hotel” ways, but eventually had to go down to the front desk personally. Towels delivered 20 minutes later, but they were hand towels...we made it work. Breakfast was a very good buffet. We tried to have dinner the night before, but service was awful. Food delivered cold, but no silverware. Had to take it from a nearby table. Asked for a carafe of water, and at the third request, it was delivered, but no glasses. Had to “borrow” those from another table as well. The stay was frustrating overall.
