When we got to the room, we saw more than 5 dead bugs by the sliding door, also the water is not draining properly in the sink of bathroom and tv is not working so we asked front desk if they checked the room before we got in the room. The respond from them is this is normal because it is on the ground floor room with terrace and the sink is level designed. Anyway, we finally got changed to higher level room. Then again, the tv is not working and we heard banning sound next day after the lunch we came back the room and tried to take a nap.
This is a brand new Disney hotel resort!! Is it 5 start hotel?
We complained and asked to see the manager. There is a man called Oliver came to talk to us. He had super bad attitude, after he heard what we said, right away he said: what do you want? He tried to make excuses on each complain!! Also, he accused us and insulted us from the wordings he used. He said his title is “customer related manager”!!
It is a pre-paid package with half board and tickets. But I think I should share our experiences to public. We went to so many Disney resorts and this is definitely not worth it and worst one ever!!
