We stayed here as an extension on a Christmas Market river cruise. The place is a great size for two couples. The check in process and assistance of the person checking us in was wonderful. She was over the top helpful for food stores/wine store. Great communication with the management team, excellent check-in experience. The apartment itself was exquisite: tastefully furnished with a great little kitchen and all the amenities. And a balcony! You also can't beat the location. Yes, the Eiffel Tower & Arc de Triomphe are a little bit further away across the center of the city, but such easy walks to Le Marias, or Notre Dam / Isle St.Louis, or St Germain for that matter. Nice refrigerator and freezer. Plenty of glassware, plates, etc. if needed. Despite being on a very busy street, once the doors/windows were closed it was very quiet! The flat was well-appointed with everything one would need, and a grocery store was just a short distance away for any other needs. Would reiterate previous comments that the washer dryer was a little complicated even with Thomas going over it with us and would recommend possibly leaving written directions for renters. The location, while a little distance from the city center was only one short block from the metro as other have mentioned. We purchased a three-day metro card and were able to get around everywhere very seamlessly. There are several restaurants close by including a great Asian food place we ordered takeout from one evening when we did not feel like going out. Close to all you might need. On a busy road so, although the double glazing was excellent, you couldn't keep the windows open in warmer weather. Agents and check in were good to deal with. Apartment could do with a little regular maintenance (drains clogged, dishwasher filthy, power points not working, for example). Despite this, highly recommended. ##### Gary D. Two couples and we had ample space and privacy. Cecile met us at check in and gave us a thorough walk through of the apartment and how everything worked. She was also easily accessible when we had a few questions. Tip--spend a bit of extra time understanding the washer and dryer. It was a bit tricky at first. Apartment was very clean, and comfortable. Location is great, just a few blocks from the Metro with lots of cafes and shops nearby. One small suggestion--please add two additional small chairs on the balcony so all four guests can enjoy.
