Highly recommend this place

My Wife and I went for a day in Paris to celebrate Valentine’s and we had a great stay at Odalys. Spacious room, clean, comfortable with an excellent reception always ready to respond. With a nice breakfast. There’s a train station only few steps away Also not far from arch de triumph and downtown.

Perfect little place.

Great location. Quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Room safe was broken and TV not connected to WIFI but I didn't need those items. The gentleman at the front desk when above and beyond to get me a taxi to the airport when the city transportation was suddenly on strike.

Facility was clean. Desk help was often absent, did speak decent English. The surrounding area had very limited options for dining. Most had closed down possibly secondary to Covid. Room was good sized. Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

NOT IN PARIS!

Don't be fooled by the name of the hotel! This property is not really in Paris!! It is actually very far from the city and you need to take a train and a metro to get to the main tourist sites. Also, when we arrived there was no drinking water available... at all!! We had never experienced that before! And our safe was not working. The best thing about this hotel is the staff, very friendly, polite, helpful and willing to assist us in every way they can.

SNCF really screwed our stay with noise at night especially night before Paris Marathon by running a jackhammer all night. Shower stalls are inadequately enclosed and making whole bathroom floor wet. Sink frequently reeks of sewage. No air conditioning in the room, it’s too hot for two people and we could not open windows at night because of the noise outside.

Unsere WĂŒnsche nach Einzelbetten wurde von Expedia nicht weitergegeben und vom Hotel deshalb nicht berĂŒcksichtigt. Die Reinigung im Zimmer war schlecht. Lebensmittel im KĂŒhlschrank vom VorgĂ€nger. HandtĂŒcher mit Haaren dran. Kaputte Toilettendeckel. Lage und Aussicht war genial und der Preis natĂŒrlich.

Un séjour qui a mal commencé

J’ai rĂ©servĂ© 2 nuits dans cet Ă©tablissement pour ma mĂšre, ĂągĂ©e de 77 ans. Son train est eu du retard et elle est arrivĂ©e vers 23h en taxi. Le rĂ©ceptionniste lui a remis la clĂ© de sa chambre et, Ă  sa grande stupeur, quand elle y est rentrĂ©e, elle Ă©tait dĂ©jĂ  occupĂ©e. Elle est retournĂ©e Ă  l’accueil et le rĂ©ceptionniste a pris 1h avant de lui remettre des clĂ©s d’une autre chambre, sans explication claire. Étant trĂšs inquiĂšte pour ma mĂšre, j’avais dĂ©jĂ  pris la route entre temps. À mon arrivĂ©e, aprĂšs minuit, j’ai parlĂ© au rĂ©ceptionniste pour comprendre ce qu’il s’est passĂ©. Il s’exprimait avec difficultĂ©, Ă  voix trĂšs basse, et je n’ai pas compris la raison pour laquelle il a fallu prĂšs d’une 1h pour lui trouver une chambre disponible. La nouvelle chambre Ă©tait trĂšs bien mais l’hĂŽtel aurait dĂ» rĂ©agir avec plus de rĂ©activitĂ© et communiquer avec elle pour la rassurer.

Déçue

Déçue a l’arrivĂ©e au parking car Ă  certains endroit,ont voyait bien que le parking Ă©tait squattĂ© et que les poubelles traĂźnaient aussi. de plus le jour de mon arrivĂ©e on m’a demandĂ© de rĂ©gler le reste de la chambre chose que j’aurais pu faire le lendemain en rendant le bipeur. Je trouve qu’il y a manque de confiance. Par contre en arrivant dans la chambre, je me suis vite rendu compte que la propretĂ© Ă©tait pas ça, je me suis retrouvĂ© avec des serviettes qui Ă©taient dĂ©jĂ  sales et franchement c’est trĂšs dĂ©cevant. Je ne donnerai pas un bon commentaire, je suis déçu vu le prix, c’est assez cher, pour ce que c’est depuis j’avais un petit chien avec moi et dix euros la nuit c’est cher payĂ©
