In the heart of Paris. In stylish historical stone building with original high ceilings and wooden floors. Elevator in the building . On the second floor (American),first floor (French), security entrance .
Suitable for couples ,friends or family with 2 /3 children for discovering the famous tourist attractions on foot or by Metro (3 stations in a 2/3 minutes walk) or by bus.
Lovely spacious living/dining room to relax after a day of sight-seeing . Internet ,WIFI , international TV channels.
The two bedrooms have in each of them King size extra comfortable beds which can be separated into single beds.
Also a comfortable movable bed available for a 5th person.(baby cot and high chair available )
There are in every room fans , heating and side lamps.
The family bathroom has a full bath/ shower, washing basin and toilet ,a small shower room has a shower and small washing basin .
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a 4 ring ceramic-stove, micro-oven, washing machine and dryer.

Beautiful starting point to explore Paris

This apartment was exactly what we wanted: well-stocked, spacious, living in a neighborhood close to several metro stops, exceptional food down the street, including daily boulangerie trips for croissants and baguettes. The place was comfortable, convenient, and Joelle and Livio were exceptional hosts who were very welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Wonderful stay

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. Check in and communication with the owners was super easy, the place was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was lovely. There is a bus stop right out front and several metro stops in a few block radius. This is a residential area with loads of good shops, groceries, and restaurants. We will certainly stay here again the next time we are in Paris.

Every moment of our stay was amazing. From the initial conversation with Livio prior to the visit where I was given tons of information about the location, restaurants and transportation in the area to the quaint Perisian apartment. The apartment was perfect for the 4 of us! It had everything we needed! The neighborhood was even better than expected. Close walk to the Metro. The bus station is literally outside the front door. So many restaurants and markets for anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this apartment was wonderful. Location was different for us as we have stayed in the Latin Quarter on prior visits to Paris but this was every bit as pleasurable. No shortages of restaurants all around us, metro stations within an easy 5 minute walk, several markets for groceries and other items close by. Most of all we felt safe without any reservations about walking any time of day. Everything we wanted to see was easily reached. Last but not least, the apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and spacious for the two of us. Big bonus was the washer/dryer and the elevator, even though the apartment was up one floor. Thank you for sharing your apartment with us.

This is in a great location for the Metro, shopping (food, wine, patisserie) and not very touristy. Lots of good restaurants and a chocolatier across the street. Street noise is noticeable but there are fans in the bedrooms.

Perfect location

Wonderful apartment! We had everything we needed and very comfortable. The location is amazing, close to all transports, selection of dining options, a delicious Boulangerie and supermarkets- all within walking distance. The location was excellent. It was a large space.The owners of the apartment were very cooperative and helpful, however the details of the property were not accurate. It was listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The second bathroom had no toilet and the shower was so small if you turned around you hit the valve controlling the water temperature. The sink was so tiny that it was impossible to wash your face or brush your teeth without soaking the floor. One of the single beds made terribly loud squeaking noises when you moved.

Great neighborhood in Paris for a stay!

We really enjoyed the scenery and convenience of this VRBO. Our hosts and the property contact were incredibly responsive and helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and helping us to get situated on day one.As for the property, it’s a great option for small families with kids, with plenty of space to move around, and a property that felt really secure. Not only that, we had multiple avenues for exploring Paris, with a bus stop outside the door and several metro stops within very short walking distance. Plenty of options for dining near us including a good Argentinian steak restaurant. Overall a great stay!

Great location

This was a nice spacious apartment for the 4 of us. Communication with the owner was amazing, Joelle really reached out to make sure everything was good. The air conditioning in the bedroom was great as well as the fans, we slept very well for the end of July. Metro was just down the block. Got to see all the major attractions without any problems. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful apartment with great location

This apartment was an amazing base for our family trip to Paris. There were 4 of us staying there, 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 10 year old. All of us were very comfortable and happy with the location. Right across the street is a wonderful stretch of indoor market shops that offer lots of shopping and eating opportunities. Especially the little bakery with wonderful Pan au Chocolat and Pan au Chocola Almond (amazing!!!) The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the Louvre and many different major tourist activities. 100% will stay there again.

In the middle of Montmartre

The Appartement has a very pleasant charm you would expect from an old building in Paris. Check in is very easy. We had very good contact to the landlord and the manager. The Apartment is located directly at a very busy street in Montmarte. You will hear busses, delivery trucks etc. early in the Morning But you can reach countless restaurants and bars on foot.

Great property

The location of the apartment is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. As stated by other guests, since the apartment is located on a busy street it is a bit noisy but nothing dramatic. The size of the apartment was really good for our family of 4. The apartment is very cute. The only recommendation I could make is for the owner to leave more toiletries, I did had to go and buy a couple of things. Also the floors in the half bathroom could be cleaned better. Our stay was perfect, we enjoyed the charming apartment and the location. I would stay here again.

Awesome time in just few days!

My family of 5 had a great time in Paris, even for just few days. The owner was timely communicating via emails, addressing our questions or concerns. No issue with the unit, except the showers head should be replaced with the one that can be adjusted downward so we can comfortably shower with the showers head being out on top without having the water splashing to the corner next to the sink. Thanks the owners for bringing in the portable AC. They were right on, the temperature was comfortable so we only needed to use the portable AC for one night. The host Emmanuelle was friendly and gave all information we needed when arriving. Checkin process was smooth and informative. There was a little bit of understanding of when we could check out, making us to rush with packing, but at the end it worked out for both sides, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, everything was great, especially it is being so close to an awesome pastry store, food market, good restaurants and shops. We ended up with enjoying authentic French cuisines at restaurants and also our own homemade foods which saved some money. We would definitely consider coming back to this place for future Paris visits.

We stayed here as a family of 5 (17/14/11). The house was a perfect size for us. The windows provide a great breeze, and each room had a portable AC unit which was fine for our needs. The house is nicely located to boulangeries, metro, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and more.
