My Nest Inn Marais offers you a decoration mixing modern and old stones of a 17th century building. You are in the center of the history of Paris. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. \- In the heart of downtown Paris - Le Marais \- Two independent rooms \- Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo offered! \- Fully equipped (Television, Wifi, coffee maker, dishes,...) \- Housekeeping included Enjoy the charm of Parisian life in the famous and typical Marais district, in the heart of Paris! In a 17th century building, come and stay in my 53 m² apartment, entirely renovated and decorated with care, with a chic and warm atmosphere. It can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. For more conviviality, the kitchen is open on the living room. You will be able to eat there thanks to the table and the 6 chairs at your disposal. The kitchen area is also fully equipped to make your stay more pleasant (hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and storage,...) If you need to do some extra shopping, local shops are just a few steps away from the apartment. To rest, two rooms are at your disposal with each one a double bed (140\*200). The first room, with exposed beams, has a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second room, with a refined and neat decoration, also has a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and brown stone. Come and take advantage of the unmissable tourist sites, such as the Place des Vosges, the House of Victor Hugo or the Picasso Museum. The access to my studio is easy, thanks to the numerous public transports available nearby (subway, bus): subway lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 as well as bus lines 88, 91 and 96. If you drive, 2 covered paying parking lots, rue de Malte and rue René Boulanger, are very close to my studio. In the street, it will be possible and paying. It had great character and was nice to have a kitchen! Good beds and great pillows! Loved the Marais neighborhood and a great value. We didn’t want to leave. ##### kerstin a. The place was perfect, charming street, amazing location, the courtyard quaint. When we asked where the toaster was, Philippe went out and bought one for us. He was gracious, helpful and a wonderful man. We would stay in this location again and be delighted to do so. We had two adults and three small kids (10, 7 &5) in the apartment and it wasn’t feeling too crowded. ##### Dan K. Le Marais is a charming part of the 3rd. Shops, bistros, everything you dream about Paris outside your door. Charmingly restored 17th century building. It took a bit to figure everything out as no book of instructions as in many VRBOs but we got it. ##### Warren H. It is not in an area of Paris we have stayed in before and was a bit further to a metro station than we have experienced. Philippe very helpful and prompt to be in touch. Right in the middle of Marais with many cafes and markets. And an easy walk to the river and many museums. I felt like we got a real experience of Paris here. The apartment is small but comfortable. We had a problem that Philippe handled immediately…. he stayed in contact to make sure all was well. All in all it was a great experience. ##### Kim F. Super easy to get everywhere in old town Paris….cafe’s super close with the benefit of not feeling like a tourist in a hotel! My family of 6 stayed for 3 nights and while we were pretty cozy inside we loved the outside patio. Philippe was great and super helpful getting us parking and aquatinted with this very eclectic 17th century flat! We feel like we actually experienced Paris and my kids had a blast biking all over town. We would return to this rental! ##### Matthew H. Phillippe was very accommodating and he was very gracious to let us check in early because we arrived very early in Paris. That was very helpful to us. Besides this, it was a great stay in a nice place with a strategic location. We will definitely stay in this apartment again, if we are to come back to Paris.
