My Nest Inn Marais offers you a decoration mixing modern and old stones of a 17th century building. You are in the center of the history of Paris. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. \- In the heart of downtown Paris - Le Marais \- Two independent rooms \- Sheets, towels, soap, shampoo offered! \- Fully equipped (Television, Wifi, coffee maker, dishes,...) \- Housekeeping included Enjoy the charm of Parisian life in the famous and typical Marais district, in the heart of Paris! In a 17th century building, come and stay in my 53 m² apartment, entirely renovated and decorated with care, with a chic and warm atmosphere. It can accommodate from 2 to 5 people. For more conviviality, the kitchen is open on the living room. You will be able to eat there thanks to the table and the 6 chairs at your disposal. The kitchen area is also fully equipped to make your stay more pleasant (hotplates, microwave, Nespresso machine, refrigerator, kitchen utensils and storage,...) If you need to do some extra shopping, local shops are just a few steps away from the apartment. To rest, two rooms are at your disposal with each one a double bed (140\*200). The first room, with exposed beams, has a kitchenette and a private bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The second room, with a refined and neat decoration, also has a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and brown stone. In our district, everything is easily accessible on foot, you will be able to discover many good restaurants, bars, but also emblematic brands such as Ladurée, Pierre Hermé or the Marché des Enfants Rouges. Come and take advantage of the unmissable tourist sites, such as the Place des Vosges, the House of Victor Hugo or the Picasso Museum. The access to my studio is easy, thanks to the numerous public transports available nearby (subway, bus): subway lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11 as well as bus lines 88, 91 and 96. If you drive, 2 covered paying parking lots, rue de Malte and rue René Boulanger, are very close to my studio. In the street, it will be possible and paying. Right in the middle of Marais with many cafes and markets. And an easy walk to the river and many museums. I felt like we got a real experience of Paris here. The apartment is small but comfortable. We had a problem that Philippe handled immediately…. he stayed in contact to make sure all was well. All in all it was a great experience. ##### Kim F. Those wood beams in the pictures aren't just for aesthetics, it's actual construction from the 1730s. The location is on a quiet street, accessible to all sorts of shops and restaurants within five minutes. The subway is a 10 minute walk away. The host is very nice and helpful. The house was very cramped for six people. No storage room for hardly any luggage. (Max 4 people should stay here) The bathrooms were very clean, but the rest of the house was clean at first glance, but the more you were there the more you realized the house definitely needed a cleaning overhaul. lastly, it was advertised to have air-conditioning, but the air-conditioning simply turned out to be a little mobile unit in the front room which didn't cool the entire apartment. ##### Matt g. This is my 2nd time in Paris, first with family, and this apartment was perfect. It had the space we needed. It was both charming and functional. Everything we needed was right outside the front door. I’m in London right now and wish I was back in Le Marais. Phillipe was a kind and responsive host, ensuring we had everything we needed. This was our first stop on the first family adventure to Europe and I was a little worried about the time change, etc., but this cozy apartment eased our transition perfectly. ##### Leesha S. We had a great stay in Le Marais. The apartment was so close to shopping and dining, plus a fun neighborhood to be in each morning & evening. It was the perfect jumping off point to explore the whole city. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the beds were very comfortable after a long day sightseeing.
