Apartment was cosy with all the amenities we required. The kitchen was well appointed and the bathroom, whilst cosy, was clean and new and there was great water pressure. The beds (2 doubles) were super comfy and we all slept well. The windows when closed kept out the street noise well. We stayed with our two girls (teenagers) so we were all able to easily navigate all the stairs with our bags - but be prepared for a climb ip a few flights, as no lifts. The check in process was a little clunky as we were only supplied the door code to get into the complex but then had to phone to get the apartment number. After a few attempts they answered and the rest went smoothly. The apartment could have done with a more thorough vacumn and I’m not sure our sheets had all been completely changed. But overall a great location and stay.

Very nice location

Everything is great, especially the apartment's location, but the room has no air conditioning and it isn't quiet if you open the window even at mid-night. There is no elevator in the apartment either, so if you have a lot of large luggage, please choose carefully.

- safety concerns- property mischaracterization- promises of relocation that were not upheld- bad communicationSafety Concerns- Toxic air quality due to restaurant exhausts adjacent to entrance and windows- Slanted and narrow stairs that are a falling hazard- No fire egress in case of fire emergencyMischaracterization: - Totally dilapidated building- No hot water that can accommodate 4 guests- Dust accumulation under door at entrance to bedroom In terms of communication:- We reached out many times many days ahead of the check-in with no response.- We were only able to get entrance instructions 2 hours before our check in time, prior to that, we were totally left in the dark about our reservation.When we first contacted, we were promised that we would be relocated, however, this promise has not been fulfilled and we are thus ready to completely vacate the property by tomorrow morning, January 2, 2024.Re: At first we were never charged, so we. We’re made to believe that our request to a full refund had been met. However, we are being charged 11 month later, in a move that is likely a strategic ploy to get us to pay for a faulty service we should never have paid for to begin with. We are now taking the issue up with VRBO and our credit card company in order to get a full refund.
