I was thrilled to at last be able to stay there. Staff was above and beyond kind and friendly. Le Relais in the hotel was the best meal of our trip! I felt incredibly welcome and hope to return next year.

The staff was incredible when we needed a different room due to a noise issue-they did everything they could to make us comfortable and the rooms were immaculate. They even had a special “mother/daughter in Paris” monogrammed piece of nutty chocolate boxed to perfection waiting for us in the room! Beautiful hotel with staff that really care.

Noisy sounds.

A couple of years ago, I stayed at one of suites however at this time, I stayed at deluxe room two nights. My room got lots of noises from neighbor rooms and service path. There are not enough sound block between rooms as I think and it caused sounds of voices and TV tones into my room. And also, my room was located in front of service door and there had been sounds of opening and closing doors every minutes day and night. My room number was #343. Please avoid this room.
