    This modern and attractively appointed studio comprises a main room opening onto a balcony with a living area and television, and a study area.

    The sofa sleeps 2.

    In the adjoining kitchen, you'll find all you need for cooking, including a hob, microwave oven, fridge, crockery and storage cupboards.

    The bathroom has a shower, washing machine and WC.

    You have access to the entire flat, where you'll find all the products you need for comfort and hygiene, such as sheets and household linen, towels, soap, shampoo, and internet access.

    Ideal for visiting Paris, close to transport, shops and restaurants, this studio apartment is just waiting for you.

    The studio is prepared and cleaned to hotel standards before your arrival and after your departure.

Nice clean/modern and quiet rental in secure building with small elevator. Bed is sofa bed and seems new. It was surprisingly comfortable. Area is in Central Paris near numerous area attractions. 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Market right around the corner. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Would stay again if in Paris again

Lovely apartment-would stay again

Lovely apartment , as per the photos, well located. Most comfortable sofabed I have ever slept on. Comfirmation of local contact details and check in procedure was nailbitingly close for me ( 24 hours) but it worked and Luisa was lovely. The only suggestion would be for a booklet with instructions for the washer/ dryer. We couldnt work out the drying option but were able to use the wall heaters for that anyway.

The property was well kept and had been updated since our stay there a few years ago. It is ideally located for transportation, close to several Metro and bus stops. It also has a nearby grocery and other shops.

This was a perfect location and worked beautifully for us to walk out each morning. Flat is clean and has everything you need. Bed is very comfortable!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Communication with the host was almost impossible after payment was done.Got check-in procedure 4 hours before check-in time, that caused astrss we did not need and this after trying many times to contact the Host.VRBO helped us to get a reply finally.Same for check out procedures, we only got them 10 hours before we had to leave.I expected this to be a lot better.Appartment was like described , but equipment was minimla, towels, toilet paper kitchen equipment etc...

Appartement agréable convenant bien à un séjour à Paris.très calme,propre et bien équipé.jUn bémol pour le tapis qui met des fibres partout .le lit est confortable,facile à manipuler.mais impossible pour3 personnes.bon chauffage.fortait ménage trop cher.produits toilette à minima :2minuscules shampooing et 2mîuscules savonnettes..et reste de gel douche.probablement d un ancien locataire !!.mais nous y reviendrons si l occasion se présente car il répond à l essentiel pour Paris
