It is furnished with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a dining table and chairs. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, toaster, electric tea kettle, mini refrigerator, stove, drip coffee machine, microwave-oven, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has one shower room accessible via bedroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. This neighbourhood is rich with history and literature fans will love immersing themselves in this area. This area is home to the prestigious La Sorbonne university. From your front door, you are steps from the Seine River and the Ile Saint Louis, Notre Dame and Ile de la Cite. Saint Michel, Saint Germain des Prés and the Jardin des Plantes are all within walking distance. At your doorstep you’ll find a huge array of restaurants, bistros, cafés, ice cream parlours, florists, artisan chocolatiers, art galleries and much more! There is also the famous Rue Mouffetard nearby, dotted with a wide variety of cafes, restaurants, butchers, grocers and more. Within walking distance of the apartment is the fantastic Pantheon, the resting place of many important French figures. The Jardin du Luxembourg is only a few minutes away - perfect for a morning jog, afternoon picnic or sunset stroll. The nearest metro station, Place Monge (Line 7), makes it a breeze to access other areas of the capital.
