This typically Parisian apartment will offer you warm and luxurious hotel-like comfort while giving you the feeling of being at home, offering a real experience of living in Paris like a Parisian. The apartment's amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, high-speed WIFI Internet connection, linens and towels as well as high-end bedding and much more! The apartment is ideally located in the area of the Opera, Galeries Lafayettes and department stores. It is one of the favorite districts of Parisians with many restaurants, cafes and shops. It is located a few minutes from the Louvre Museum, Centre Georges Pompidou and le Marais. Many famous monuments are nearby. The Grands Boulevards are also located right next door. This apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a living room where you can meet comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave oven, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a washer-dryer. The dining area has a dining table for 6 and the living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a flat screen TV. Our check-in agent will take the necessary time with you so you feel comfortable knowing how to get around, where and how to get to popular landmarks and happily give you tips about some of our secret and favorite places. You will also be able to easily reach us throughout your stay if need be. Note: A 30€ fee applies for late arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00 (on request only). The apartment fit our family of 4 comfortably, was very modern and stylish, and easy to access. More importantly, the hosts were very communicative - checking in with us on the days leading up to our trip, and while we were there, to ensure everything was going according to our liking. Their hospitality was simply amazing! They even left a good bottle of wine for us to enjoy while we were there. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay in Paris and will look to reserve with these hosts again on our next trip! ##### Stephen L.
