It was a great location! The apartment was just like described. It was comfortable for our family of four with the extra bed. It felt safe. Our only issue was the washing machine did not work very well but the rest was great!!!!

Excellent place to stay. We were looking for something with a real France/ old world feel and this fit the bill perfect. Room was spacious and down a cute street nearby local shops and restaurants. The patio was perfect for having a glass of wine after a long day walking the city.

We arrived the week of the heat wave… our units had fans and water and beautiful large windows to open for the evening relief. The court yard with plantings and trees was a wonderful relief from the sun and a charming place to gather with family and other travelers who were staying. We are excited to stay again…. In cooler weather 😉

Brilliant location in a great area accessible to all the key sights. There was a heatwave whilst we were there and the apartment was really hot and the air con machine didn't work properly - we fed this back and they changed it straightaway. Very comfortable place with good facilities

The property was very cute but it was very small. One of the bedrooms had its own entrance or a little crawl through to get to. This didn’t work out great if someone needed to use the bathroom in the night. It was also a very hot time in Paris when we were there and the apartment was very hot. There were fans and I think if the temperatures hadn’t been in the high 90s (Fahrenheit) it would have been ok. The courtyard was very pretty and there were a lot of restaurants and stores a short walk from the apartment. The floors were a little dirty and the shower was very small, but it was a cute little apartment in Paris.

Great little apartment with washer/dryer. We were in Paris during an unusual heatwave. Despite not having air conditioning, the property had put a fan in the room which helped a lot. The washer/dryer also came in handy given the excessive sweating. The kitchen was adequately equipped. The place was small but more than enough to be comfortable for a family of four.

The neighborhood was fantastic. Tons of restaurants and shop. Walking distance from all the major land marks the Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees etc. It was lovely walking around late at night and felling safe. The entrance was wisemical with the plants, the walkway that light as you walk. The room was small. Smaller then in the picture. Its was clean. And the bed was comfortable. It was perfect for a 4 day trip.

Loved the location and neighborhood. Charming and characterful apartment with exposed wooden ceiling beams and French windows opening onto Juliet balconies. There is washing machine but no tumble dryer in this apartment. There is a safe to lock away passports etc which is handy . Overall, great stay and highly recommended.

It was a really great location and was a cute suite with everything we needed. Loved how it was located on a street with a mix of everything. There were Asian restaurants, coffee shops and much more!

Clean room (we could have use a spare pair of towels and sheets) good wifi, we could have use some condiments salt and pepper. Great building we absolutely love it!

Rooms were large and spacious. Laundry was in room which was amazing. Kitchen was more than adequate. We happened to go during the heat wave and there was no air conditioning (which is technically my fault as I thought it said it had it). They gave us a small fan. The nights were pretty unbearable but that is not due to the place itself. The location was nice, safe and friendly. There were plenty of other families present. It is a loud area and you could hear all the neighbors including the TV at 0200 next door. Far from public transportation so plan on taxis or long walks, which may be difficult which small children. It was a good place to stay, but I wouldn't recommend in the summer. During cool temperatures this place is probably nearly perfect.

The location was great and everything was pretty walkable. The apartment was ok, what the listing didn’t show was that the beds were up a ladder and in a loft you couldn’t stand up in. The outdoor sun room was really nice. The other issue was that a mouse or rat climbed into my bag and chewed cloths but also €100 in confectionaries I had gotten as gifts to take home. Multiple items of cloths and all the confectionaries were trashed.

Excellent location. Just like living in a little brunch flat. Although we could not find the iron when there was an ironing board. Other than that no complaints comfortable beds.
