For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

\- A 21 m² terrace accessible from the living room  
\- A second terrace of around 7.5 m², accessible from the living room and bedroom.   
Both terraces are equipped with garden furniture for your comfort.  
  
The flat is just 300 metres from the station. The street is a cul-de-sac, so it's completely quiet. Nearby you will find fast food outlets, various shops, and the city centre is immediately accessible.
