L'appartement "Café des Invalides" a été décoré par un architecte d'intérieur. Une fresque en trompe l'œil inspirée de la nature orne les murs. Toute la décoration, les matériaux et le mobilier ont été soigneusement sélectionnés pour faire de cet appartement un lieu de vie agréable et chaleureux.  
  
Son emplacement est idéal, situé à proximité des transports en commun, d'une supérette à 50 mètres et de divers restaurants.  
  
L'appartement comprend  
\- Une kitchenette ouverte avec réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et manger.  
\- Petite table à manger et chaises pour 2 personnes.  
\- Salon avec lit de 180cm x 200cm, table de chevet, TV, fenêtre donnant sur la rue.  
\- Salle de bain avec douche et lavabo, sèche-cheveux et WC.

L'appartement "Le Café des Invalides" est situé dans le 7ème arrondissement de Paris.  
  
Il se trouve à 300 mètres d'une station de métro. Tous les commerces de proximité sont à moins de 100 mètres, notamment un supermarché, une boulangerie et des restaurants de qualité.  
  
Situé sur la rive gauche de la Seine, c'est un quartier emblématique et prestigieux. Dominé par la majestueuse Tour Eiffel, il abrite également les Invalides, le Musée d'Orsay et le Champ de Mars.  
  
Ses rues larges et élégantes sont bordées d'hôtels particuliers, d'ambassades et de cafés sophistiqués. C'est un quartier résidentiel haut de gamme qui offre une ambiance paisible, tout en étant au cœur de l'histoire et de la culture parisiennes.  
  
Getting Around:  
Depuis l'aéroport Charles de Gaulle :  
prendre le RER B' de l'Aéroport Charles de Gaulle 2 jusqu'à "Chatelet-Les Halles" Changer avec la ligne de métro 1 jusqu'à "Champs-Elysees-Clemenceau""  
Reprendre la ligne 13 du métro jusqu'à "Saint-François-Xavier".

Other Things to Note:  
Le studio est situé dans un ancien magasin donnant sur la rue. Le quartier est très calme et résidentiel, mais sachez que vous êtes en pleine ville et qu'il peut y avoir du bruit.  
L'appartement se trouve au premier étage. L'entrée se trouve du côté de la rue.
