We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening. Nicolas was very kind and answered our questions quickly. He let us come several hours early (we had a late morning arrival), which we very much appreciated. The building is also beautiful— built around 1911 so had wonderful tile and wood floors and wall and ceiling mouldings. Apartment was stocked with everything we needed, and never ran out of hot water for showers. My only advice is to add a step stool to the kitchen— we are a short family so the top cabinet was difficult to reach. ##### Laura H. The apartment allowed us to stay in a nice, non-touristic neighborhood near family. Subway access was easy and one day we walked back to the apartment from central Paris which was quite nice and not difficult. Perfect for us with the 2 bedrooms, nice living room, kitchen and balcony. Communication with Nicholas was fantastic, from the clear check in instructions to the recommendations for restaurants, shops etc. It is very close to the Convention metro station with good service to prime locations, though we ended up using Bolt a lot as it was super convenient for the 3 of us and only about 10 to 12 euros per trip. He was proactive in contacting us and supplied us with resources and recommendations we would have never thought to ask for. All of his suggestions were immensely valuable in our trip planning process. The location of this apartment is truly remarkable. There are shops, patisseries, restaurants and the metro all within a few minutes’ walk from the doorstep. The property was on the smaller side and satisfactory, meeting basic expectations with a few of the amenities not matching what we expected upon arrival (e.g. A/C was not set up).
