did not realize the hotel was actually apartments with full kitchen with washer/dryer included. I didn't particularly need this so was a little wasted on me. Decor of Hotel was depressing, it felt cheap and uninspiring, lacking warmth and charm. Location good, staff nice, breakfast very good.

It was very nice. Perfect location. Only wish the air conditioning was on for warm spring weather. Perhaps put fans in the room to help.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time and overall really enjoyed the property. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and in an amazing location. Unfortunately, we did have an issue with the bathroom. The shower water pressure was very low, and the water was not hot during our stay. We tried calling the front desk at night, but no one answered. We also called again this morning around 7:30–8:00 a.m. and still received no response. Communication with the front desk could definitely be improved, especially when guests need assistance. Aside from that, the property itself is wonderful, clean, and very well located. We enjoyed our stay overall and would consider staying again, but we hope the water and communication issues are addressed.

This hotel is in a spectacular location! Right by the louvre, the Royal gardens and a bustling square with so many options for lunch and dinner. The hop on hop off has a stop right by it. And then the rooms are so beautifully appointed! I didn’t want to leave. The people are wonderful and kind. Everything was just perfect. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The balcony to our room had the best Parisienne feel to it. Enjoyed thoroughly!!!
