Joffrey is an excellent host and the property was fantastic, Just like the pictures, it is in a wonderful location and very serene being in a secure courtyard just off the main road, The check-in and check-out processes were easy, and since we arrived around 10pm, it gave us the flexibility we needed, The location is fantastic, with many bistros nearby and convenient transportation options to popular spots in Paris, I highly recommend this property,

This cozy nest is perfectly situated with numerous metro lines that provide easy access to any part of Paris, Its central location allows for convenient walking to many attractions, The space is small but cleverly designed, enabling me to rest and work comfortably, While some may hear the metro, it didn't disturb me since it doesn't run all night, I particularly enjoyed the peaceful courtyard, a nice contrast to the bustling Place de la République, The self check-in/check-out process is seamless, The staff promptly attended to all my needs, It was an ideal stay,

Functional and well-located apartment, It overlooks an inner courtyard, it's quiet and pleasant, The bed is comfortable, Equipped kitchen, I felt good there, The apartment lacks a bit of storage, especially in the bathroom, Ideal for a short stay (maximum 5 days), On our arrival, there was no dish soap, nor pots or pans suitable for induction, I informed the host, who was able to provide us with them only on the 3rd day (we were staying for 5 days), Overall, it's a very nice apartment, I recommend,

I rate the mixing very well, everything according to the description, Easy check-in without the need to contact anyone, Great area, metro a few steps from the apartment, Very responsive owner, we had a problem with the iron and got an immediate response and help, Safe neighborhood, There were clean towels and cosmetics in the bathroom, We are very satisfied :) PS, During the stay there was a renovation of the tenement house, however, there was information about it earlier, it did not interfere with anything :)

Very small but functional studio apartment two minutes from Republic Square, well connected by metro to the city center, Being on the ground floor, you can hear the metro passing underneath considerably, depending on the ease of sleep, it can be a problem, and the lights from the inner courtyard can also be annoying, Apart from that detail, the studio is quite good and meets the indicated requirements, The bed is comfortable and well equipped, I notice that the shower seems to have a hot water tank, and it allows for a shower of just over 5 minutes, The check-in process is quite bad, with incorrect instructions (the address was wrong, and the code to pick up the keys was also wrong, it took 1 hour to give us the correct code), When we left, we also had problems returning the keys and it took more than half an hour to respond with different instructions than the ones we had,
