Very helpful staff who went above and beyond, Fortnite battlepass, the hotel is located in a beautiful location and an entrance to the metro was on the front door so it was optimal for transporting around Paris, lovely hotel with lovely rooms and lovely staff.

The staff here is so helpful and had suggestions for places to go and to eat. When the airline lost my luggage, they were helpful with that situation too! The bird was super comfortable, I only wish they had a couple of washcloths that we could use. Other than that everything was just Super and I would stay there again!

It is a small but comfortable hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The property is old and has undergone some updates but it could use some facelifting in places like the door frames where the paint is peeling. The bedding was comfortable and the room had enough amenities. Even though it is located on a busy street, there was minimum street noise. There is a Paris Metro station right outside the door, making it very easy to go anywhere in Paris.

Lovely boutique hotel with a friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room was clean, spacious by Paris standards, with a comfortable bed. The entrance to the République metro station is right outside the front door, making it very easy to get around Paris, and it's a quick taxi ride to/from Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. The breakfast buffet was terrific. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five (and almost gave it three) is that the interior walls are paper thin. I could not hear any street noise, but I could hear *everything* going on in the rooms on either side of me. If it weren't for that, this would be my new go-to hotel.

This was a great hotel in a good area of Paris. The hotel is a little bit dated, but the room was comfortable and the staff was so incredibly helpful and professional. The older man at the front desk was an absolute master of his craft and remembered my name and room from check in without fail. They also helped me out when I needed to grab breakfast a bit early one day. Really great staff.

Location was excellent, lots of places to eat within walking distance. RAFIC, the hotel host was great, kept in good contact and gave us helpful directions to get the right train to the hotel. Hotel was clean, good facilities. Would recommend !
