Functional hotel out of town in commercial zone
Arrived Saturday night for rugby world cup. Checking easy. But, it was 2000 and the bar was shut. No tv (except in the room and that was almost impossible to change channels. No obvious open bars or eateries near, V attractive looking McDonalds but no TV. Walked for 20mins and found great restaurant with TV and the best steak I've had in years. Le Grandel. Public Transport from the hotel is by bus which is on the doorstep but it's a long ride to most places.

Great option if you’re attending an event at stade de France, otherwise it’s pretty far from the city and traffic will make the commute time quite significant. The room was decent, i felt safe, the accommodations and amenities were pretty minimal. Perfect option if you’re traveling internationally and on a budget.

Awful experience
Would definitely not recommend this hotel. They charged on my card without telling me what’s it about, and I asked what they charged me, and the staffs kept avoid the liability by saying they’ll ask their colleagues. Second, we requested for bottle of water, as they only provide us on day 1, whereas we stayed at the hotel for 5 days. None of the other days they gave us any water although we’ve been requesting it. Third, this hotel is too far from the city center, took us more than 30 minutes by Uber. Forth, the staffs at this hotel are not helpful at all and kept on avoiding their responsibility.

Nice & functional room & efficient check-in BUT.. very limited choice for the evening meal in restaurant (2 choices for main) and the food was quite unpleasant. Unfortunately somebody set the fire alarm off at 3am by smoking in their room. Whilst this was not the hotel's fault, I didn't feel reassured by the way they dealt with it. There seemed to be one person on staff trying to sort the alarm out, get the lifts running again (failed) and eventually tell people what was happening. He did his best but I felt there should have been more staff on hand.

The staff was nice and helpful but there weren’t any entertainment shows in English other than news, we didn’t get water and there weren’t any wash cloths nor did the shower drain work. Everyday water was on the bathroom floor.

Good place
Great breakfast, good room, but under the bed was full of dust balls. Should take more care for cleanliness. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed several times and am happy overall.

Sewage smell coming from the bathroom which we complained about on several occasions and also found a 3 inch sewing needle covered in blood from top to bottom in our bathroom - We were advised that we were going to be moved rooms which never happened and then advised that the maids were ‘personally sent to clean our room by the manager which also never happened’

Too far from Paris for a tourist.
This hotel is quite a distance from Paris, while it is rated 4 stars, we were not impressed with the standard of room and services. A very basic hotel. Getting to and from Paris from this hotel costs about 30€. Was not very impressed that we were awoken at 5:30am by a false fire alarm and no offer of recompense. Had to ask for free breakfast.

St Denis Mercure
It was Fashion Week and the Ryder Cup so had to book further out from the center of Paris than usual. The Mercure was clean and the staff was great. Note that the menu in the restaurant is limited and they don't have English menus which is fine for me.

A mon arrivée la clé de ma chambre n avait pas été active donc retour réception avec les bagages. Ensuite il a fallu présenter au moins 20 fois la carte pour que la porte s ouvre puis au bout de 2 heures un changement de chambre car le chauffage ne fonctionne pas. Vraiment dommage…
