Do not judge a book by its cover. It looks really run-down and ugly on the outside, but it's super clean and well-kept inside. Plus, it's located right next to a delicious seafood and steak restaurant. Our first meal was there and it was probably our best meal in France.

When we entered the room the trash was full from the previous guests. We had reserved a shuttle for a specific time and was told to be ready by a certain time. When we got to the meeting point the driver said only 3 of us could go. We let him know we had to get to the airport by a certain time and he didn’t care and we had to find last minute accommodations. We ended up being late to our flight as a result. The airport shuttle was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The front desk staff was kind but i definitely would not recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are arriving and departing from the Orly airport they offer a free shuttle. The breakfast was delicious. They run a very clean and neat hotel.

The price was inexpensive, but unfortunately, you get what you pay for. The hotel smelled very musty and appeared to be in poor condition—very dated and worn. The front-desk service in the evening was excellent and the woman we dealt with was very helpful. Unfortunately, the experience the following morning was completely different. We were told the evening before simply to come downstairs and the shuttle would take us to the airport. There was no mention of a schedule or that we would need to wait for a specific departure time. The shuttle driver was extremely inflexible. Even though the shuttle was full and passengers had flights to catch, he would not leave until he was ready. The airport is only about five minutes away, so we found this particularly frustrating and stressful. Overall, the price was good, but the condition of the hotel and the morning service would prevent us from staying here again.

Cheap & convenient for the airport. No reply to messages sent prior to arrival or when I called the hotel from the airport to arrange the shuttle pick up at night… the hotel is easy to reach by tram from the airport luckily.

Need a great airport Hotel?

We had an excellent experience here from the start when our hotel bus driver arrived and when we saw the beyclean room. We were offered cold refreshments at check in and the staff was super friendly and informative. We went to the restaurant for a delicious dinner and the gym to do some exercise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fabulous experience.

Great airport hotel with free parking and shuttle!

Very reasonably priced airport hotel. Basic, but comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was quiet. It was nice it had a kettle. Common areas were clean and well maintained and well lit. The shuttle was huge and reliable. It runs every 30 minutes.

When our Uber driver pulled up to the hotel, I honestly thought it was a joke. The outside looks poverty stricken. I told the driver that I don't stay in such hotels. However, even though the glass doors to the lobby were shattered, the interior was clean and pleasant. The staff were amazing and we're much better with English than I am at French. Overall, the hotel was similar to a Red Roof in. The stay was a success regardless of the curb appeal.

Outdated facility, missing details everywhere (unplugged lamps, missing stirring sticks, leaking windows,...). Reasonably comfortable bed on the other hand. However, the biggest disappointment is the lack of directions for the shuttle pick up location at the airport. They didn't respond to messages, nor picked up the phone to provide information about it. Ended up paying a 12 euros uber to get there. They don't seem to care about what might be their only selling point. Would recommend exploring other options before considering this place.
