We enjoyed our stay! The location is very quiet and walking distance to many places and easy metro to everywhere else. The staff were very nice and helpful. Nice toiletries and extra large towels. We had the room that sleeps 4 for the three of us which was a very nice size The room itself was rather plain and could use some update and decorating.

Excellent stay. Family room for four was spacious and plenty of room for a comfortable stay. Air conditioning is worked well, elevator was a bonus (it only worked on the day we arrived and the day we left so at least saved us carrying luggage up and down), staff was helpful, and location was great. One downside - upon checkout, we were asked to pay for two days worth of breakfasts that we didn’t eat. We didn’t pay and made it clear we never ate the breakfast (it was far too warm downstairs to eat on the days we visited). Maybe asking guests to provide proof (name?) of room/booking to ensure people don’t say random room numbers.
