And also when you leave to explore the city you have to give the staff your key for the room- so we didn’t feel safe leaving anything in our room. Someone unlocked my door early morning whilst I was asleep, hadn’t expected housekeeping to come in as you had to hand your key in at the desk any time you left anyways, and I was checking out that day too. There was a silverfish in the bathroom. The bathroom was tiny, and a shelf above the low sink which made washing face difficult. While the advertisement did mention the lack of an elevator to the 5th floor, it was still quite inconvenient with a large suitcase. Additionally, the Wi-Fi was not functioning during my stay, which was frustrating. Finally, receiving only one key for a room booked for two people was not practical.
