Muy buen hotel, en una zona muy céntrica, muy cerca del metro y del Arco del Triunfo. La habitación pequeña (como en la mayoria de los hoteles de Paris), pero muy cómoda y limpia. El personal siempre muy amable. El desayuno buffet muy bien surtido y con una atención impecable, la Srita. Helena siempre muy amable y servicial. Volvería sin lugar a dudas a este hotel, no le encontramos nada negativo.

Adorable hotel. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Water delivery very day was appreciated. Very comfortable. Just make sure you are able to get up over a tub to get into the shower or make sure you have a room that has a walk in if there are some. We were in one of 2 rooms on the 8th floor and it was very charming!

Bonjour, Je me permets de vous faire ce retour car j’ai passé une très mauvaise nuit. L’hôtel est vraiment magnifique, cependant il a fait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, ce qui rendait le sommeil très difficile. Lorsque j’ai essayé d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir un peu la pièce, le bruit extérieur était malheureusement trop important pour pouvoir dormir. Mes amies, qui séjournaient également dans l’hôtel, ont rencontré le même problème dans leurs chambres. C’est vraiment dommage, d’autant plus que j’avais des rendez-vous importants aujourd’hui. Je suis vraiment déçu.

Room was large, comfortable and super clean. We had the city view which gave us a view of Montmarte. The water in the room and coffee are free which was a huge bonus for us Americans who aren't used to free bottled water in the room. The staff went above and beyond from the moment we walked in until we left. We arrived in the morning and the staff was kind enough to let us freshen up in the restroom while leaving our bags there while we roamed around waiting rod our room to be ready. Our room was ready early and allowed us to check in right away. Housekeeping was a breeze and the location was fantastic. Will definitely be booking this hotel again. Thank you Atala!

We stayed in the King Suite with Eiffel Tower view and I didn’t want to leave. The staff were super friendly, the room and view were amazing, and the ac actually worked really well (which is more than I can say about most hotels I’ve visited in Europe). As I’ve seen complaints about this in the other reviews, the room could use a bit of updating as there was some stains on the floor and the wall paper was slightly peeling in a few places, but it wasn’t enough to really care unless you are super picky. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
