Staff was very friendly. I had no problem communicating in English or French. They held our bags when we arrived early as well as after checking out as our flight was in the evening. Buffet breakfast was included and had a nice selection of foods. Room was clean and larger than expected. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Lovely room, lovely location on the edge of a busy area. Totally accessible to many restaurants and shops. Subway very close and staff went out of their way to help us learn the subway to save us a ton in cabfare. Look forward to another stay!
