There were no ramps for push chairs so we had to carry it down the stairs or waste time for the lift to arrive to access it. The room was worn down the chair was crooked by the desk and was not sound proof from the outside noise Overall it was okay nothing to jump for joy about.

La habitación muy pequeña y al llegar mencionaron que NO era ruidosa para el tránsito de personas, autos y autobuses, más sin embargo teníamos los compresores de los aires acondicionados, la habitación muy caliente a pesar de estar encendido el clima y ruidosa por los compresores de los equipos de aire acondicionado. Al llegar no había agua caliente en la ducha y no hubo repuesta por teléfono y tener que bajar a la recepción y me dijeron que estaba en mantenimiento. Mi sugerencia: elijan para estar en Paris, otra opción de hospedaje

My family and I had a great stay here. They gave us free breakfast & access to the executive lounge with our room. They were very nice and accommodating. They let us check in a bit earlier than the original check in time since our train got here early. It’s near a lot of shopping centers like galleries Lafayette (10min walk) & maybe food spots! I really recommend this hotel!

Stayed in a superior room which was comfortable and bright. Our room was located in the back of the hotel which faced the train station which was great cause it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent, just make sure you book it in advance with the front desk as the cost is 25 euros a person instead of 35 euros on the day at the breakfast area. Additionally, FYI if you stay in a superior room you need to request slippers they do not come as a default at that room level. They lobby and bar area is very stunning space, the staff were very friendly and always available. Hotel location is excellent for tourist stuff and literally on top of the subway station so very easy to get around from. Overall we were quite happy with our stay and will be booking with them again on our next Paris trip.

Scenic lobby and lobby cafe/bar. Gym was small but good and not very busy - I used it twice and the gym was a key reason I chose this hotel. Room was great but quite small. Shower was also quite small but modernclean and had a full door.
