Pretty cozy nest of 35m2 on the 4th floor overlooking the courtyard with elevator:
  
Soft apartment which will offer you the comfort of a pretty Parisian apartment ideally located in the heart of the Marais:
  
The apartment is broken down as follows:
  
• A bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer. Washer dryer
  
• WC
  
• An open kitchen with a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, hotplates, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, various storage spaces, the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils.
  
• A living room with a small sofa , a TV unit, a TV, internet access, lamps and tasteful decoration. Rear window
  
• Dining area with table and chairs,
  
• Large bedroom with a 140X200cm bed, two bedside tables, a dressing room with sofa and armchair. Rear window
  
The linen is provided. Iron and ironing board Electric heating.
  
The check in are made without extra cost from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is an extra 35 € fee. Between 10 p.m. and midnight, there is an extra 50€ fee.
