Bright and tastefully furnished, this charming flat which is located on the 6th floor, offers you all the comfort you need for a long stay in Paris. Fitted with a convertible sofa bed, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, relax in the spacious living room after spending a long day in the city. There’s even a work desk set up for your disposal. The bedroom features a double bed (fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens) and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety. Enjoy your stay! Guests have access to the entire property. We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The 5th arrondissement of Paris is one of the oldest districts, as it includes part of the Latin Quarter, which dates back to Antiquity. The 5th is known for its cultural aspect and a large number of universities. There are public institutions such as, the Sorbonne, where you can visit the seventeenth century chapel where the tomb of Cardinal Richelieu rests and many bookstores. While walking through the Latin Quarter, you will also come across major sites of Parisian heritage, such as the famous Pantheon, the Gallo-Roman baths and the sumptuous medieval museum of Cluny, the ancient arenas of Lutetia, the monumental fountain of the famous Place Saint-Michel or the very pleasant Jardin des Plantes. Along with the Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Montmartre, the 5th arrondissement is surely one of the best places to explore. My flat is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train! The nearest train station is Maubert - Mutualité (line 10) - just 3 mins away on foot. There's also Cluny - La Sorbonne (line 9) station just 4 mins away. Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is 40 mins drive from the flat. Line (7) crosses the arrondissement from north to south and marks the stop in particular at Jussieu (the heart of the 5th year student system), Monge (where the locals go after class or the office for a drink) and Censier / Daubenton. Line (10) crosses the arrondissement from east to west and stops at Cluny / la Sorbonne, Maubert / Mutualité, Cardinal Lemoine, and Jussieu. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary. Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
