The apartment is on the 4th floor via stairs, so it is not ideal for people with reduced mobility. The front door of this 28 m² apartment opens onto a bright, elegantly decorated space, ideal for a mid-term stay. The living area features a comfortable sofa, TV and dining table for two. The fully-equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you'll need to prepare your meals (microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine). The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200), carefully made of hotel-quality linen. The bathroom has a wash basin, mirror, bath, and toilet. A washing machine is also available. You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay. A smoke detector is installed for your safety. The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. All you have to do now is enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
