The couch has a pullout bed and the daybed can be converted to a bed. The large windows allow a beautiful light whatever the time of day. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area equipped with a table on which 6 people can sit. The bedroom is upstairs. You have to take a charming spiral staircase to access it. A double bed awaits you there. A portable AC is available for your comfort. The bathroom is very functional with its shower and sink. The balcony is here to make the flat a perfect one :) NOTE: The air conditioning is portable — the apartment has a portable AC unit. All the flat is available for my guests We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own. The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very heterogeneous: it naturally includes the Latin Quarter, and therefore houses a very large student population, but also the Pantheon and its rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Romans who make the whole an extremely tourist sector. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
