Bienvenue dans ce magnifique studio de 25m2, niché au cœur du 12ème arrondissement de Paris. Idéal pour 4 personnes, cet espace aurez de chausser offre une atmosphère chaleureuse avec des restaurants et bars à proximité, et une station de métro à 100m pour explorer la ville.  
  
L'appartement comprend une cuisine équipée avec micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, frigo, plaque de cuisson, et une machine à café Dolce Gusto. La mezzanine propose un lit 160x200\. et le canape lit un 140x200  
  
La salle de bain attenante est équipée d'une douche et de toilettes, avec sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser et table à repasser inclus.
