Located in the vibrant area named Goutte d'Or area (down hill Montmartre), within an 10 minutes walk to the Sacré Coeur, my flat is ideally situated to discover this booming and popular side of Montmartre. Situated on the 4th floor (no lift) it is very bright and calm. The living room and blue bedroom are on the street side while the other bedroom is on the courtyard, overlooking the typical Paris roofs.

Great space!

It was very nice to have an apartment instead of a hotel room. It was great to have the extra space and our own kitchen. The stairs were a bit daunting and the neighborhood was definitely interesting. We found a couple of great restaurants down the road which we visited often. The pastry shop at two doors down was amazing! Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the apartment.

Lovely place

Very good place ! Lovely owner . Apartment very clean . You’re based in the middle of African areas very lovely people so polite and respectful. It’s closed to Barbes Avenue but if you know you must take care about your belongings So no pb ! Don’t hesitate to book this place

Great apartment in the 18th

Very nice apartment, decorated well. Chic. Photos are very accurate. It had a washer/dryer, full kitchen, nice bathtub, comfortable bed, etc. Easy check in. The apartment is in the 18th arrondissement in a quartier that is working class and immigrant. Paris is the crossroads of the world and this neighborhood reflects that. A very active street life which makes Paris fascinating. Everyone seems to know each other and have a good time. Great award winning French bakery up the block.

We had a lovely stay! Julien was helpful and communicative. The area is close to lots of transit, and very walkable from the charming Montmarte area. The apartment is clean and cute, and it was nice to have access to a full kitchen while we visited. A perfect place to stay for a first trip to Paris, at a great price!

Juliens Wohnung ist eine kleine Insel im lebendigen und vielfältigen Barbès. Sie ist liebevoll und mit vielen kleinen Details gestaltet, so dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt. Alles, sehr sauber und auch die Ausstattung war prima. Die Umgebung ist angenehm multikulturell, so dass man viel (auch kulinarisch) entdecken kann.

Es war einfach perfekt

Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und Julien hat sofort bzw. zeitnah und ausführlich geantwortet. Unser Selbst- Check- In war somit reibungslos verlaufen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und total schön eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Ja, die Gegend ist etwas interessant, weil es ein Arbeiterviertel ist, aber wir haben uns dennoch sicher und wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es einen Supermarkt, viele kleine Bistros usw. Um sich selbst zu versorgen, fehlt es an nichts. Ja, abends ist es leicht laut, weil sich die Einheimischen in der Straße treffen und gerne lange reden. Doch, wenn man im Schlafzimmer schläft und nicht auf dem Ausklappsofa, dann hört man nichts. Zum Bahnhof Garde de L'Est sind es 20 Minuten, wenn man läuft. Wir sind und waren total zufrieden.

Wunderbares Appartment zum Wohlfühlen

Wir sind jedes Jahr in Paris geschäftlich unterwegs und dieses Appartement hat uns sehr angenehm überrascht: Es ist überaus liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Da es in einer kleinen Nebenstraße im 4. Stock liegt, ist es sehr ruhig. Der Gastgeber Herr Ségol stand uns jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Da Herr Ségol auch perfekt Englisch und Deutsch spricht, war die Kommunikation komplett entspannt. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und freuen uns, wieder hier Gast zu sein.
