We had no hot water for the duration of the stay. When asked the staff about it they said it was a known problem and should come on after 9pm. It didn't. When complained again they said there was nothing they could do about it. Appalling costumer service and problem resolution.

Good for getting extra magic hour

Posted 07-May-2017
Pros: No bad point.
Cons: shade for raining between centre house and room buildings.
Fortunately, no waiting for our check-in. Perhaps, the reason, our check-in was late time - 9 pm.

Nice budget hotel.

Posted 01-Apr-2017
Pros: Friendly staff, close to the parks.
Location: Very close to Disneyland Paris
Nice cars themed hotel which made my son very happy. Staff were very friendly, frequent shuttle buses to Disney (every 12 minutes). Just a nice budget hotel.

Nice hotel, reasonably priced and close to parks

Posted 02-Mar-2017
Pros: This hotel is close to the parks, the food (which is buffet style) is excellent and it is a Disney hotel ... need I say more!
Cons: They could provide a kettle in the rooms but as it is a two star hotel this can be forgiven. If you go to reception you can hire a kettle.
Location: The hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the parks if you don't wish to wait for the free shuttle bus.
Our experience was very good. We have stayed at this hotel several times before and have never had anything negative to say. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good. It has a good theme, based on the Cars movie. This hotel is also within walking distance of the Disney parks. Which is handy as the free buses can get busy, especially when the park closes. The rooms in this hotel are nicely decorated and appeal to adults as well as children. Room service comes in daily and it was always clean and tidy when we got back to the hotel in the evening.

Great value for money

Posted 27-Feb-2017 on Hotels
Booked 3 night stay with grand children at DLP, hotel location was only 5 min shuttle bus ride to the parks. Hotel was excellent value for money with very good customer service. Breakfast was continental with all you can eat. On the evening we paid 28euro for adults & 16euro kids & ate in the Cantina, this was an all you can eat buffet with food which catered for all. Although the Santa Fe is one of the cheaper DLP hotels value for money was excellent

Good value and great fun for 'Cars' fans!

Posted 24-Feb-2017 on Hotels
Good value accommodation, with basic facilities made fun by all the 'Radiator Springs' Route 66 themed decor and the adobe style buildings. Close enough to the Disney parks that you won't need to catch the shuttle bus and a big - if simple - continental breakfast to start the day off.

Good value budget Disney Hotel

Posted 14-Feb-2017 on Hotels
Disney on a budget everything you need for a 3 night stay The room was a good size with 2 double beds - the bathroom had a bath and shower all to a good standard and nice and clean The shuttle bus takes you to the Disney parks The only think I can say about the breakfast is get up early to enjoy it or don't bother as it's manic at peak times

Family break

Posted 12-Feb-2017
Pros: Good continental breakfast and nice bathroom.
Cons: Previous residents had smoked heavily inside room and housekeeper hadn't been able to clear the smell. Not good for potential family occupancy.
Location: The park was as good as usual but it was the school holidays so incredibly busy.
Glad I booked my daughter,son-in-law and grandaughter into the Sequioa Lodge as the Sante Fe room we had would not have had adequate room for three staying 6 days.As the park has quite a few of the bigger rides shut down, there was a stampede for Big Thunder Mountain at 10am and children were being overwhelmed by the sheer number of adults who had no regard of the consequences. And as they arrived en masse, the ride wasn't open so hundreds of people were going nowhere, all trying to be first in the queuing system.Really quite unpleasant.
