Had a great stay. Close to the parks and great theming. Only negative point: Showerhead could not be set higher, as a part of it was broken, so you could only shower by holding it in your hand.

One night stay, friendly staff, easy check in, bag drop on check out was a long queue so prepare for this. Room was clean and perfect for a solo trip. Approx 15 min walk to parks or the bus took only a couple of minutes

Fantastic value for money in an ideal location that's just ten minutes walk from the park. The staff are extremely helpful all the way from the maids to the receptionist. Plenty of amenities on site. The room is small but considering the whole day is spent on the park and in the village it was a good size to sleep in. We also got to see Woody on the final morning! We will be considering this Disney hotel again.

Very cute Woody from Toy Story themed hotel. Excellent location close to the parks and Disney village; it’s so handy to be able to walk back after the fireworks! There is also a shuttle bus but we usually felt it was quicker to walk. The beds were actually pretty comfortable and the Starbucks was convenient for a quick breakfast snack if you don’t want the full buffet. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect Disney hotel! Theming is amazing, dinner buffet plentiful. AC was welcome for summer. A Starbucks and gift shop on site. Our kids (and us!) loved being in the Toy Story universe. The shuttle ran regularly and we used it back and forth to the parks each time. Highly recommend!

Another amazing stay at this hotel. Exceptionally clean rooms and excellent breakfast. 15minute walk to the parks and getting to meet Woody or Jessie are also a huge bonus! Only thing I would suggest is that trays are made available for dining. Made things little awkward as I was travelling alone with a 3 year old x

Overall the property was ok. Room was sufficient, although I was surprised Disney plus wasn't available on the TV. The main downside related to noise coming from the toilet every ten minutes which kept me awake. This could just be related to our bedroom.
