When I arrived at the Rental, one of the beds were completely soaked as well as the sheets. We were only able to use one of the two beds that we paid for and we didn’t hear back from customer support or the management of the property. Very, very, very disappointing customer service. This Could have been resolved very easily if prompt communication had happened. We checked out of our rental four days ago and still have not heard anything. We rented this Apartment for a week and notified your company about the problem upon arrival. I am still anticipating a response and a resolution.
