Cozy private room in Paris.   
The apartment is located in the heart of Clichy a few minutes on foot to Paris and at 10 seconds on foot to the metro station ‘Mairie de Clichy’  
The apartment is equipped of all basic and usefull stuffs to spend a vacation in Paris.  
Transport:  
Metro 13 downstairs the building Metro 14 (direct line 10min to Champs Elysée - 16min to Gare Montparnasse)  
Bus 54 connecting Pigalle and Sacré Cœur in 10 minutes.  
Police district in front.  
No Party, no additional people   
Maybe the canapé could be used by me between 23h-8h in order to sleep.
