The host insisted on coming back to the property and staying there with me due to a “medical emergency”. She said it was “not that strange because we are not that different in age”. I was extremely uncomfortable and had to leave. She then stated that she never said this and I was not given a refund.This is completely unacceptable and I cannot believe I even have to write this. It was a completely breach of contract and I am also shocked that VRBO has refused to refund me.As far as the property goes, it was small but livable. There was also dirty laundry in the washing machine.
