The Space:
Welcome to this cosy 46 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Gavarni in the heart of the 16th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave-oven combo, stove, dishwasher, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The apartment was perfect for my just over two-week stay. Located in the heart of the Passy neighborhood, with plenty of shopping nearby. The host is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions I had.
This apartment is a gem! Perfectly located in the 16th Arrondissement/Passy neighborhood, an easy walk to Trocodero Square. LOVED being able to step out the front door to groceries, patisseries, shopping and laundromats. It is exactly as pictured, clean and heated up quite nicely during the chilly weather we had. Communication with Host was prompt and smooth. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as we felt at home and comfortable. Would highly recommend to other Guests – we look forward in booking again for future visits!

Perfect location with great access to metro, shops & sightseeing highlights. Landlord / agency needs to improve on access to the apartment, communication (prefer: personal attendance at check-in) & deposit return
Our stay at this property was one of the worst travel experiences we’ve had. Within minutes of checking in, we contacted the management company because the apartment was not clean and was missing basic necessities such as toilet paper and hand soap. The sheets, towels, and pillows weren’t clean, they had brown stains and hair. The overall condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Instead of offering a solution or dropping off fresh linens and necessities, we were told to purchase our own and were offered only €15 as compensation.
The most concerning issue was the significant moisture and mold. There was visible evidence of water intrusion, and we documented everything with photos and videos. We were traveling with two young children, and they became sick during our stay, making the situation even more distressing. The management confirmed there was leaked moisture from upstairs neighbor and it was never treated.
Despite reporting these issues immediately, the management company repeatedly told us they were “reviewing” the situation. No meaningful assistance was provided throughout our six-night stay. They didn’t offer to send anyone until our final day, when it was far too late to resolve anything. We couldn’t find any other accommodation because it was high season in Paris everything was more than double.
The listing was also misleading. The apartment advertised an elevator, but it only stopped on half floors, meaning we still had to carry heavy luggage up and dow
Overall, was a very nice place! Was surprised there wasn't AC but that was my fault for not double checking. Super easy walk to Passy Metro and we enjoyed coffee and a few meals just a few steps from the apartment in Passy roundabout. Away from the craziness of the Eiffel Tower and Trocadero but its all just a quick walk away. The directions to get into the building and which door the apartment was could have been a bit more clear. Plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen supplies.
L'appartement a de grandes fenêtres qui remplissent l'espace de lumière naturelle. Il est très proche de la Tour Eiffel, ce qui facilite la visite de ce monument emblématique. L'appartement est bien équipé et confortable. Le ventilateur portable était très utile pendant les journées chaudes. La cuisine compacte avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin, et l'hôte était très accommodant. Lit confortable, matelas de bonne qualité, chambre donnant sur une cour tranquille. Grande salle de bain, propre et fonctionnelle avec une bonne douche. Instructions d'enregistrement claires et compréhensibles.
