Staff are good and accomodating.Our room is clean,has a mini kitchenette and complete cooking stuff.also has plate spoon knives scissor etc that feels you are like home.restaurants and metro are close by.Yes crab restaurant is the best ,bit pricey but worth it.it is 1 min walk from the hotel.metro is 5 mins walk.moulin rouge is 3 mins walk.I recommend this hotel.

In addition to the clean, spacious and well equipped room, I found the staff were extremelyhelpful; for example, they helped me troubleshoot a museum booking when I had problems with my cell phone. The breakfast was varied and beautifully presented.

Everything was adequate, just not spectacular. The staff were efficient and friendly. Everything was clean. The room was a little on the small side. There were a couple of chairs to sit on, but no comfortable seating to lounge on, just the bed. The breakfast was very good, if a little overpriced, but I suspect that's how it is at most Parisian Hotels. We didn't realize until we got there that they didn't offer daily room cleaning, as they are a 'residence.' We were there for 6 days and had our room cleaned once between days 3 and 4.

Citadines hotel was an apart hotel which had a little kitchen area that was well equipped for a couple. The hotel is very well place in Montmatre and it was very easy to get into the centre of a Paris on the metro. The hotel had a roof top terrace that had seating and you had excellent views of Paris. The continental breakfast in the morning was very good with an excellent selection. Staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel.

The room was nice , bed was comfortable. Unfortunately it was very hot when we arrived and we understood air conditioning is not really a thing in Paris but at least our room had a fan. Nice breakfast buffet. Good proximity to the metro; easy to get around. Many restaurants in the area. Unfortunately homeless people and sex shops in the area also.

Excellent location for walking to local restaurants and the basilica. Very close to Metro station. We had a nice balcony to have our own meals on. Kitchen good for light meal prep. Very nice roof top view. Just be aware that no air conditioning.

The room was nice and clean. The hotel has no AC but they did provide a fan. It was a little uncomfortable at night because it did get warm. If you need AC this is not the hotel for you during the warm months.

Great staff, breakfast was great, room was clean with all great amenities. Would have preferred a better working fan as we had to open the blinds as there is limited lighting in the room and the opened blinds made the room hot. Would definitely recommend and would book again for next visit to Paris.

A very good 3-night stay at this central Citadines hotel in Montmartre. It’s up a quiet cul-de-sac beside the (very interesting!) cemetery so amazingly peaceful for a city centre accommodation. Check in staff were lovely - friendly, professional & multilingual - and gave me the quiet room that I’d requested. Its location is excellent as everywhere in Montmartre is walkable, all the sights, local supermarkets and eateries galore if not self catering. My studio was very spacious and comfortable and, even in 38C, I managed to sleep well with only a fan. Ticked all my boxes and will certainly use again.

The staff was friendly. I was disappointed that I got charged 15 euros for breakfast each day when 1) I wasn't aware they would charge me when I enter the breakfast room. They asked me to sign the sign in sheet. I thought it was for attendance. 2) The second day of breakfast which I was also charged; they didn't have the sufficient bacon, so I barely ate but still paid the 15 euros at checkout. Other than that, I would come again and I am now aware breakfast will be charged.
