Property Details: This 38-sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor without an elevator. The living area is furnished with a flat-screen TV and dining table and can also be used as a work-from-home space. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, suitable for working from home and making video calls. The fully equipped kitchen has a sink, electric kettle, mini-fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. The flat comes with a clothes washing machine and drying rack. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The bedroom is interior courtyard facing with a double bed with a superior quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and sink. The toilet is located in a separate water closet accessible from the hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability. This charming neighborhood is filled with restaurants, Parisian bistros, cafés, and bars. The Upper Marais is known for its trendy coffee shops and designer boutiques. Located in the Third Arrondissement, the area is also home to the Musée Carnavalet, the Pompidou Center, Hôtel de Ville, and Place des Vosges. You’ll even find some of the best falafel in Paris here. With its close proximity to theEtienne Marcel (Line 4), accessing other areas of the Paris is extremely easy. Just hop on a train to reach the Eiffel Tower, Champs Elysees and Arc de Triomphe, Montmartre and the Sacre Coeur and more! The Line 1 will quickly take you to Les Halles, giving you an easy link to Charles de Gaulle and Orly Airports from central Paris.
