The problem that we have had (and after a month we are still trying to sort out) is the fact that the property was misrepresented. On the posting it said very clearly that there were 2 full bathrooms (both including a shower and toilet) In actual fact, the flat has only one toilet which is not what we had agreed to. Considering that they are trying to advertise this as a place for 8 people, it needs to clearly be noted that THIS PROPORTY ONLY HAS ONE TOILET. when this issue was pointed out to the property management that this was not what we had agreed to pay for, they said that they would compensate us...... The proposal they gave was for 20% off our next stay with them. UM NO! We traveled from Canada, we aren't just hopping over to Paris anytime soon AND if we did we most certainly would not stay there. The management company has failed to respond after multiple messages, do not expect them to assist you if you have any troubles with your stay. Also, they beds are horrible (cheap bunk beds). Overall this stay was rated as a 3/5 but the absolute frustration that the management company has caused... It really should be a 1/5\. This was a horrible VRBO experience.
