Location of the hotel is very good. Very safe, rather quiet. Though 100% this is not a 5 star hotel. No parts of the hotel reflect a 5 star level. This is maybe a 4 star at best. The rooms are normal size for Paris, though charging outlets are very limited. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest, had some long strands of black hair on the bathroom floor, not ours. Room is tired, rather dated, not 5 star level. Bed is hard, pillows are terrible, too small, too flat, total joke. Where is the 5 star quality in the bed and pillows? Doesn't exist. Pictures online dress up the hotel to make it look amazing, it is not that amazing in my opinion. I would not stay here again.

Amazing staff and services. Location is central to most major attractions in the heart of Paris- we mostly walked everywhere, but it it also very close to metro stations, so easy to take public transportations when we chose to use them. We had the best time staying at Castille Paris.
