The apartment also features a combination washer and dryer, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom for convenience. The studio has one double bed with a high-quality mattress. All bedding is provided, and the bed will be neatly made upon your arrival. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, and bath towels are included for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. Complimentary toiletries such as toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap are provided to start your stay. The apartment is heated throughout the winter, and portable fans are available for warmer weather. Note that there is no air conditioning. House Rules and Policies Please note for reservations valued over €3000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. ID Verification: All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID in advance for verification. On-site verification is not available, so ID must be received before check-in details are shared. Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 35\. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting rude or disrespectful behavior.
